Edward Peabody
Administrative Assistant

Edward was led to Adult & Teen Challenge after the choir ministry visited his church in Derry, New Hampshire. At the age of 45 years old and at the end of his rope, he was exhausted from battling a 25-year long addiction to alcohol and prescription medication. Inspired and encouraged by the brave men on choir that day, he decided to walk into the doors of the New Hampshire men’s center and give his life to his Savior Jesus Christ. After finishing the program in the fall of 2012, he decided to go back into the real world and discovered how difficult the battle of addiction can be. Then in February 2016 he came back in for the program’s restoration and rededicated his life to Christ and serving others. Now working at the Maine center, Edward spends most of his day talking to and trying to help addicts get into the program to restore their relationship with Christ.
